Refund Policy

The HockeyCheckr.com Refund Policy is fairly straightforward and simple. Registered account holders are of course encouraged to Prepay for listed Sessions they plan to attend, but we all know that plans can change. So, as long as a Prepay is canceled at least 2 hours prior to the start of the Session, the full amount charged will be refunded to the registered account holder's online “wallet” to be used towards Prepayment of any future Sessions. However, there will be no refunds once the 2 hour window has passed (a consideration for the Prepay discount!)
